New Loft with a gable dormer room addition over the living room and entry. This home in Laguna Niguel has a vaulted ceiling which was a little too low on one side. Therefore a former was added to the loft addition design to add ceiling height to the new bedoom and bathroom addition above. Complete with walk-in- closet, this high ceiling conversion was a fast build and greatly affordable.
